Scouts NSW email system has been a traditional on-premise system which was mainly used for professional staff in the offices of Scouts NSW.
With the change in business requirements and technology, Scouts NSW has moved from on-premise to a hybrid system. This means that existing users work in both on-premise and online environments. As such, some of the functions described in this document are not available to those users for now.
For example, changing / resetting / recovering passwords is not available for hybrid users.
This does not apply to Scout members who have recently been provided with an Office 365 Online email account (from October 2019).
