Instructions for sending from Office.com portal - Scroll down for instructions for Outlook desktop app
- Logon to Office.com and select the Outlook app
- On the right hand side at the top of the screen select the cog icon (settings)
- On the settings screen select the link View all Outlook settings
- Select Compose and reply, then tick the box "Always show From"
- Click the Save button and close the screen
- To send a message, click on New message
- A new message window will open up
- Click on to open up a list. If you have already added the shared mailbox, then select it from the list, otherwise select Other email address and start typing the name of the mailbox.
- Compose the email as per normal and Send it.

Instructions for sending from Outlook Desktop App
- Open up your Outlook Desktop App
- Click on
- From the Options menu, click on the From icon . The From filed will now always be displayed
- Click on the From icon to display extra options
- Click on the Other E-Mail Address
Enter in the email address you have permission to send from and click OK.
When you want to send from this email address again, just select it from the list.
