How to Set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

1. Logon to Office.com and select Sign in
   
   
   
2. Enter your email address and press Next
   
   
   
3. Enter your password and press Sign in
   
   
   
4. You will now see this screen, press Next
   
   
   
5. At this screen
   1. Select Authentication phone
   2. Select Australia(+61) from the country list
   3. Enter your mobile number 04XXAAABBB
   4. Select send me a code by text message
   5. Press Next
      
      
      
6. The system will send you a text message with a code to your mobile number
   
   
   
7. Enter the code and press Verify
   
   
   
8. At this screen, press done.
   
   MFA is now set up
9. Now log into your account with your password and press Sign in
   
   
   
   
10. You will now been shown this screen and a text message will be sent to your phone
    1. Enter the code
    2. You can select Don't ask again for 60 days.  (This only applies to computer you are logging on to at this time)
    3. Press Verify
       
       
       
       
11. You are now logged into your Office account.
