Passwords can be changed or reset by going to www.office.com and clicking on the "can't access your account?'' link.
- At this Screen, press on Sign in
- Now click on Can't access your account?
- Select Work or school account
- Enter in your email address and the characters in the picture
- Select a verification step, enter the details and press next
- Enter your new password and then confirm it
- Process completed
