MFA allows an extra step of security on email accounts to verify your identity upon your first log in.
Enrolment in Multifactor authentication is mandatory.
Available methods for multifactor are mobile phone SMS, Microsoft Authenticator mobile application, or voice call to a mobile or landline.
Once the user has completed multifactor enrolment, they can set application passwords to use with legacy mail clients, or opt to "remember me" for up to 60 days.
Users who have lost both their registered Multifactor authentication method as well as their password can contact the Scouts NSW IT helpdesk to be verified by a human. helpdesk@nsw.scouts.com.au
