The most important part of this rollout is your Scouts NSW Office 365 email address, which you will access through online Outlook (which is provided as part of the Office 365 suite). When you activate your Scouts NSW Office 365 email address, this will become the primary email address we use to communicate with you instead of your current email address (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, or other account).
You’ll also get limited cloud-based access to the following Microsoft tools, which you can use if you want to.
- Sharepoint
- One Note
- One Drive
- Yammer
- Teams
- Skype for Business
- Online Office 365
Whilst you have access to these applications the project team is currently setting up the official Scouts NSW Sharepoint/Teams structure. We advise you to wait until this process is complete before using these applications.
