We’ll use your preferred name according to our records. If your preferred name isn’t available, we’ll use your first name. And, if two people share the same first and last name, we’ll add your middle initial to make sure there’s no confusion.

In addition to your personal email address, you’ll also be added to a role based mailbox based on your official appointment within Scouts. This ensures that communications relating to that specific appointment remain secure and accessible regardless of who is in the role. And it will make it easier for you to see all the communications that are relevant to you.
When you activate your Scouts NSW Office 365 email address, this will become the primary email address we use to communicate with you instead of your current email address (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, or other account).
