You may have already received an email informing you that you’ll be receiving a Scouts NSW email address and Online Office 365 (E1 Non-Profit). We’ll keep you up to date re the status of the rollout via emails sent to your personal (non-Scouts) email address, including an invitation to set up your new Scouts NSW Office 365 email account along with instructions to do so. Please keep an eye on your usual email address for these emails.
Once you’ve set up your Scouts NSW Office 365 email address, you’ll receive a number of automated emails in that Office 365 inbox. These will include welcome emails that offer to walk you through the features of your new mailbox.
Depending on your appointment within Scouts, you may also be part of a role based mailbox. If that’s the case, you’ll also receive welcome emails for each of the additional mailboxes that you have.
When you activate your Scouts NSW Office 365 email address, this will become the primary email address we use to communicate with you instead of your current email address (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, or other account).
